Agreement
By creating an account or using DevFolio at devf0li0.vercel.app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
DevFolio lets you build a public developer portfolio, import content from CVs and other sources, customize appearance, and share a link. Features may change, and some capabilities (such as AI imports) are rate-limited.
Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your email reachable for security notices. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or publish. You grant us a license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate DevFolio (including generating previews, Open Graph images, and import extractions you request). You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload, including CVs, screenshots, logos, and certificates.
Acceptable use
Do not use DevFolio to spam, harass, distribute malware, infringe others’ rights, scrape the service abusively, attempt to bypass security or quotas, or publish illegal or deceptive content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Third-party links and data
Portfolios may link to GitHub, app stores, and other sites. We are not responsible for third-party services. Optional imports (GitHub, store pages, website screenshots) depend on those providers’ availability and terms.
Availability and changes
We provide DevFolio “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms when we post them on this page.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevFolio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months (if any) or zero if the service is free.
